    Nine-story houses of the 1-528KP-41 series are a widespread type of multi-section house in St. Petersburg. They were designed taking into account the standards established in 1963. The developer of the project is LenZNIIEP (Lenproekt). The series was erected in the 1963-1970s, often for housing cooperatives.

    Apartments in such houses are 1-, 2-, 3-room, rooms from 10.2 to 21.6 m2; kitchens - from 5.7 m2 in ordinary three-room apartments to 8.3 m2 in one- and two-room apartments. One-room apartments have a combined bathroom, while others have a separate one. In three-room apartments, one of the rooms is a walk-through room. The houses are equipped with a passenger elevator and a garbage chute. The elevator is located on the interfloor platform. An atypical feature for nine-story buildings is the existence of houses without central hot water supply, equipped with geysers. Speakers are mainly located in bathrooms, less often in kitchens.
